Villa Gordon, Italian Dolomites: holiday accommodation rental information

Villa Gordon is available for rental from Thursday 1 May 2008 to Friday 31 October 2008. Prices are quoted in Euros.

Low season: May/June/September/October. Half house: € 1,700 per week. Full house: € 2,200 per week.

High season: July/August. Half house: € 2,300 per week. Full house: € 2,700 per week.

Half house: Sleeps up to 10 and comprises: all grounds, verandah, all reception and utility rooms, plus: 2 double bedrooms, 3 twin bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

Full house: Sleeps up to 15 and comprises all of the above plus: 2 double bedrooms, 1 single bedroom and 1 bathroom.

WEEKEND BREAKS - during low season months it is also possible to book weekend breaks (5-day minimum), at 80% of the weekly rate. With Ryanair and Easyjet flights to Venice, Treviso and Verona this is a very attractive option. Email Anthony Eyre for up to date details.

The rent

The rental charge covers all utilities with the exception of telephone costs, which will be metered and charged separately at the end of the rental period.

Rental periods are from Saturday to Saturday. Guests are asked to arrive no earlier than 15.00 hrs, and to leave the property by 10.00 hrs, to give our staff the time to prepare the house for you.

You are responsible for ensuring that the property is left in the same condition of cleanliness and repair that you find it. Any loss or damage for which you are responsible will be charged. Any extraordinary cost of clearing up after your rental period will be charged.

A 30% deposit is payable on booking. The balance, plus a security deposit of € 200, is payable no less than 60 days before the rental period. If the booking is made less than 60 days before the rental period, the full sum plus security deposit is payable on booking.

The security deposit of € 200 will be refunded within three weeks of the end of the rental period after any deductions for telephone, damage or additional and extraordinary cleaning requirements have been made.

Your booking can be cancelled at any time, and we should be informed in writing of your decision. The postmark will be taken as date of cancellation. The deposit is paid as a booking fee and is non returnable. The following charges apply to cancelled bookings: Over 60 days before the booked dates: deposit only. Between four and eight weeks before the booked dates: 45% of the full rental charge. Less than four weeks before the booked dates: 90% of the full rental charge.

We reserve the right to cancel holidays if full payment has not been received by four weeks before the rental period begins. In this situation the deposit and security deposit will be retained by us. Should we be forced for any other reason to cancel the booking, you will be given a full refund

It is essential that the hirers take out adequate travel insurance to cover themselves and their parties against loss, damage, injury and cancellations/delays. The amenities of the house and grounds offered are to be used entirely at the hirer's or user's risk: we cannot accept any responsibility for injury to the hirers, their guests or any other third party. Equally we cannot accept any responsibility for loss, theft or damage of any property belonging to the hirers, their families and third parties.

We reserve the right to limit the size of party should maximum occupancy be exceeded. Caravans and tents are not permitted in the grounds. Animals and pets are not permitted. This contract does not allow sub-letting

We reserve right of entry by ourselves or our representatives at any time for necessary maintenance or emergency repairs.
